What is Compliance Day?
Compliance Day is based around the concept of an annual visit by one of our inspectors to undertake an audit of all agreed compliance issues. We issue a Compliance Record Pack as evidence of your property's compliance.
Why do I need it?
Businesses cannot avoid their legal duties and must address each one in order to be fully compliant. Understanding and implementing the legislation can be difficult — that's why Compliance Day has been established.
What issues will be covered during Compliance Day?
We provide a standard package of basic services; specialist items can be covered in addition. Our standard package includes: PAT testing, asbestos management, emergency lighting, and fire risk assessments. More…
What about Fire Risk Assessments?
As part of your Compliance Day we will review your fire risk assessment for you. If you do not have such a document in place we can act as the “competent person” and produce a fire risk assessment for you.
