Room hire from £25 per hour at part/full day rate, including:

What is included?

The room comes complete with LCD projector, Screen, Laptop with broadband internet access, DVD/Video player, Freeview channels, Flip chart, Miscellaneous stationary items (Blutac, Sellotape, pencils, etc), Extension cable. Note pads are available at extra cost.

Room hire

Early morning meeting 6.30–8.30 £75.00 then £25.00 per hour or part thereafter (minimum of 2 hours)
Half day AM 9.00–1.00 £100.00
Half day PM 1.30–5.30 £100.00
All day 9.00–5.30 £160.00

The venue is available after 6 PM for an extra charge of 50%.

We also have a small interview room available for the additional fee of £10.00 per hour or part thereof.

Lunches

Gold £7.00 per person
Luxury buffet with sandwiches, savory snacks, fruit and cake
Silver £5.00 per person
Variety of sandwiches, crisps and cakes
Bronze £3.00 per person
Sandwiches, pork pies, sausage rolls, crisps, etc

Breakfasts

Bacon sandwiches £3.50 per person
Continental £2.50 per person
Both with orange juice and coffee or tea

There is a charge of £20 if you wish to use the kitchen facilities for your own food, although please respect future users of the venue and refrain from consuming food which has a lingering smell e.g. curry.
