Basingstoke CSR Day

The Basingstoke office undertook some much-needed clearing and tidying work for Glastonbury Football Club prior to the start of the 2008/09 season, which commences on the 16th August.

The boys from Basingstoke cleared a container full of old unused chairs, fridges, etc. This will be turned into a store for the lawnmower, balls and other dirty football items which are currently stored within the internal physio room. The area around the container was overgrown and full of rubbish which was also cleared and sorted.

Other works for the day included helping with storage within the clubhouse, and the obvious game of football on the sacred Abbeymoor pitch.

Glastonbury Football Club were delighted with the help form Eurosafe UK's Basingstoke office and stated that they will provide a letter of thanks to the company for providing some much needed labour to ensure that the club can continue to go from strength to strength in the future.
