Westfield Stratford City will be the largest covered shopping centre in Europe when it opens later this year. Units are now being fitted out to create an exciting Utopia for all those who like to shop until they drop!  Eurosafe UK are proud to have be appointed as the CDM Co-ordinator on over a dozen projects within the development. 

Richard Dobson, who is leading the Eurosafe UK team on these schemes comments "Such projects include major fit out works for High Street giants such as Next, Superdrug, Virgin Media and 3 Mobile, as well as restaurant chains such as Pizza Express, Wagamama and GBK.  From a CDM viewpoint the main safety issues revolve around the logistics of getting material into the site, and also getting waste out, together with the interface with the overall devopment with regards to isolation of services, transit routes and security.  However we now have an in-depth knowledge of the Westfield site and can share this with our clients and their contractors in order to assist them with their safety planning".
