Management Re-inspections
Client organisations are required to ensure that regular periodic inspections of identified ACMs are undertaken in accordance with Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Eurosafe UK are currently managing this process for a number of clients nationally.
Our qualified (P402-trained) surveyors visit a client's premises and report on the condition of the materials. Should an ACM require remedial works, recommendations are made and – dependent on the client’s instructions – our PAS Department can arrange any works required.
Eurosafe UK are proud to boast what we believe is the most sophisticated and developed management re-inspections databases in the country.
Reminders are automated from the database to generate the management re-inspection visit. If the information is not reported back in a timely manner, reports are generated and forwarded to identified individuals within a client organisation. This ensures that compliance is achieved as priority is given to any overdue inspections.
This sophisticated database is linked to a client’s asbestos register, keeping the register's information up-to-date.
Should a management re-inspection conclude that remedial works are required, a report outlining all outstanding remedial works and their current status can be generated.
Eurosafe UK have the ability to interrogate our database to provide reports specific to a client’s requirements. We can achieve this through our in-house IT Solutions team.
