- Appropriate for those working in all food businesses at supervisory
level and who need a better understanding of food hygiene. Owners
and managers in small to medium sized organisations many also find
this qualification provides them with useful knowledge to do their
job more effectively.
- Objectives:
- At the end of this qualification candidates will be able to:
- Play an active part in monitoring food hygiene standards and
be able to assist in hazard analysis programmes
- Be involved in training activities, especially on-the-job
training
- Be equipped to effectively supervise food handlers on hygiene
issues
