Managing Our Partners
The Eurosafe Plus scheme is based on tried and tested members of the Safety Scheme In Procurement (SSIP). The asbestos Partners in the scheme are either fully Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractors or UKAS accredited analysts located across the country to provide nationwide coverage. All Partners on our approved list have undergone our CDM Pre-Qualification process to ensure compliance to SSIP.
Where a client has their own supply chain, we can also undertake these competency checks on their suppliers.
The scheme is attractive to contractors and analysts due to the large volume of work for the foreseeable future and reassurance that the client organisations are large, financially sound who can guarantee payment.
As part of the management of our supply chain, Eurosafe Plus undertakes frequent reviews of each Partner’s performance and monitors their accreditations, licensing and insurance levels.
Eurosafe Plus are therefore able to ensure that only the most appropriate suppliers are approached for each of the client’s schemes, ensuring projects can be delivered within the required timescale by suitably sized and competent contractors.
The Partners are aware that all works are tendered to a number of contractors, as applicable to the client’s project, to ensure competitive returns. The tender exercise itself is undertaken in such a way that is completely transparent to the client, however secure between contractors.
Throughout each project, Eurosafe Plus review all of the contractors documentation to ensure compliance to the scope of work and legislation including their tender returns, risk assessments and method statement, completion documentation and air certificates.
Eurosafe Plus can issue appointments and valuations on the client’s behalf to contractors and analysts; to include interim payment certificates and agreeing the final accounts for a project.
